Welcome to your new home

It’s hard to believe but it’s almost time to move into your new home! Here are a couple of reminders that we want to share with you.

Schedule key pick-up

Please remember to call our office approximately one week before your lease begins (see your copy of your lease agreement) to schedule a day and time to pick up your keys and move-in packet.

Keys to one person

Only one person will pick up all the keys for your residence. It will be up to you and your roommate(s) to distribute the keys to one another.

No outstanding balances

We will not be able to give out any keys until the first month’s rent, all application fees and any other balance due is paid in full.

You will receive notification of the time and date of your Move-In Inspection when you pick up your keys. The Move-In Inspection must be completed within 10 days of your lease begin date. For more information about the Move-In Inspection see Move In Procedures.

Utility information

You can find a list of utility phone numbers in this section of our web site. Please make sure your utilities are switched into your name by the first day of your lease. Calling each company well in advance of your move in date will assure that all utilities can be turned on in ample time.

After-hour key pick-up

In the event you cannot pick-up your keys during our normal office hours (M-F/9-5 and Sat/11-3), please contact our office and we will make the necessary arrangements to assist you.
